Quick Weeknight Stir-Fry
This colourful stir-fry comes together faster than takeout.
Ingredients
- 2 cups mixed vegetables
- 1 block firm tofu
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
Method
- Press and cube the tofu.
- Stir-fry veggies over high heat.
- Add tofu, sauce, and ginger, then toss for two minutes.
Serve over rice and finish with toasted sesame seeds.
